A CHARMING PROVENCAL HOUSE
Nestled in its own valley with breathtaking views of the vineyards, this delightful house was built in 1850 and is situated approximately 500 meters from the picturesque village of Cotignac (83570).

The house features a lovely terrace where you can relax in the shade or soak up the sun. Additionally, there is a spacious covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.

Spread across three floors, the house offers the following amenities:

- Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric cooking table and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a laundry machine in the laundry room.
- The kitchen opens up to the dining area.
- The living room, located next to the dining area, is furnished with two very comfortable sofas.
- Three bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds (mosquito nets are available for each bedroom).
- One bathroom, one shower room, and one separate toilet.

Bed linens and towels are provided, and there is a cleaning fee of €60 at the end of your stay. A deposit equal to one-third of the rental price is required, with the balance due one month before arrival.

Enjoy relaxing on the terrace, whether you prefer the shade or the sun. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large covered terrace for dining al fresco.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. The kitchen opens up to the dining area, and next to it is the living room furnished with two very comfortable sofas.

There are three bedrooms in the house, two with double beds and two with twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets. Additionally, there is one bathroom, one shower room, and one separate toilet.

If you are coming from Aix-en-Provence, take the A8 motorway and exit at Brignoles. From there, follow the signs for Le Val, Montfort, and Cotignac.

If you are coming from Nice, take the A8 motorway and exit at Le Luc. Follow the signs for Le Thoronet, Carces, and Cotignac.
