Newly built Provencal villa with a spacious interior and exterior layout. The villa covers an area of 100 m2 and boasts 3 bedrooms. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160), while the others are equipped with beds of 140 and 90 respectively. The large living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas cooker (Godin 5 burners), oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (both regular and espresso), and microwave. Additionally, the villa offers a bathroom with a shower, 2 separate toilets, a terrace with umbrellas, a gas griddle, and a table tennis set. Internet access is available through WIFI, ensuring that you have all the comfort you need during your stay.

The villa is situated in a picturesque environment, surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The highlight of the outdoor area is the Californian mosaic pool, which is complemented by a stunning terrace made of pink quartzite from Brazil. The pool area also features outdoor furniture, including a coffee table, chairs, and deckchairs.
