This spacious holiday home in the south of France is perfect for families, couples, or groups seeking a relaxing vacation or an exciting activity break. With three bedrooms, including a double, family room, and single, this self-catering accommodation comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. The weekly rates range from 400 to 500 euros.Located on a peaceful street close to the town center, this house offers convenient access to various amenities. Inside, you will find a lounge/diner, a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a delightful sun terrace and a charming courtyard garden featuring a summer kitchen.
Within a short walking distance, you will find restaurants, bars, shops, and an open-air swimming pool. The property also provides ample parking and a secure shed for bicycle storage. It is easily accessible to the one-euro trains and buses that travel to Carcassonne and Perpignan. Nearby, you can explore swimming lakes and hiking trails.
The enclosed garden and terrace ensure the safety of children or well-behaved pets. For larger groups or guests with mobility impairments, there is an additional ground-floor bedsitting room with an ensuite bathroom and a separate sun terrace. This can be rented at an extra cost by prior arrangement. Short stays (minimum 3 nights) are available, and discounted rates are offered for longer stays.

From either of these transportation hubs, there is a cost-effective 1 euro train/bus service available to Quillan.
