All of our rooms come with an ensuite shower-room and one toilet. They are also equipped with a TV and DVD player (DVDs available to borrow from the region), a mini refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, fan, and WiFi. Our service also includes a delicious breakfast with hot drinks, croissants, homemade cake, fruit juice, assorted breads, and homemade jams. In the evening, guests can enjoy a communal dinner with the owners, featuring dishes made with organic ingredients and fresh produce. Additionally, we have a small garden by the river bank where you can unwind at the end of the day.

Located on the uppermost floor of the charming residence "Au Coeur de Rennes," you will find a spacious and luminous 60m2 apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. This fully-equipped apartment provides all the necessary amenities for an independent stay.

Featuring two bedrooms, one furnished with a 140cm bed and the other with either two 80cm beds or a 160cm double bed. The apartment also boasts an open American kitchen that flows into a large living room, complete with a sofa (which can serve as a bed for one adult or two children) and a television.

Additionally, guests are welcome to enjoy the garden for relaxation purposes and make use of the provided barbecue facilities.
