All of our rooms come with an ensuite shower-room and one toilet. They are also equipped with a TV and DVD player (DVDs available to borrow from the region), a mini refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, fan, and WiFi. Our service also includes a delicious breakfast with hot drinks, croissants, homemade cake, fruit juice, assorted breads, and homemade jams. In the evening, guests can enjoy a communal dinner with the owners, featuring dishes made with organic ingredients and fresh produce. Located on the uppermost floor of the charming residence "Au Coeur de Rennes," you will find a spacious and luminous 60m2 apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. This fully-equipped apartment provides all the necessary amenities for an independent stay.Featuring two bedrooms, one furnished with a 140cm bed and the other with either two 80cm beds or a 160cm double bed. The apartment also boasts an open American kitchen that flows into a large living room, complete with a sofa (which can serve as a bed for one adult or two children) and a television.
Additionally, guests are welcome to enjoy the garden for relaxation purposes and make use of the provided barbecue facilities.
