Every room is beautifully decorated with personalized touches and features a spacious queen-sized bed (160×200) with high-quality bedding. Additionally, each room boasts a lovely bathroom and private toilet facilities. For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system and come with a flat screen TV with TNT.

The Bamboo bedroom, situated on the upper floor of the owner's house, spans approximately 35 m2. It offers a large queen-sized bed (160×200) along with an integrated shower room and toilet. From this room, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside as well as the lush wooded park and its inviting swimming pool.

Located on the upper floor of the owner's house, the Terracotta bedroom covers an area of around 25 m2. It features a spacious queen-sized bed (160×200) and a private, independent bathroom measuring approximately 12 m2. This room boasts a stunning view of the picturesque wooded park and its sparkling swimming pool.

The Océane Suite, occupying approximately 37 m2 on the first floor of the owner's house, offers ample space for 2 or 4 guests. It provides a peaceful garden view and is furnished with a large queen-sized bed (160×200) as well as two twin beds measuring 80x200. If desired, the two twin beds can be combined to create another queen-sized bed (160×200). Please indicate your preference for this option when making your reservation.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living/dining room furnished with 2 comfortable sofas and a large flat screen television. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and more. There is also a bathroom with running water, an independent toilet, and a convenient washing machine.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a 140x200 bed, while the second bedroom has two 80x200 beds that can be connected to create a 160x200 bed. Both rooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system.

Outside, the cottage offers a private terrace with garden furniture, an electric plancha, and a dedicated parking space. Additionally, guests can enjoy complimentary access to a reliable WIFI connection.
