Our gîte can be rented for a minimum duration of 3 nights with a rental contract and a 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Additionally, a deposit of €300 is mandatory. Upon arrival, beds will be prepared with linens (8 per bed), and an end-of-stay cleaning service is available for €80 per stay. Welcome to our 3-star gîte, classified with 3 Clévacances keys. Our charming Les Palmiers gîte offers a comfortable and modern space for up to 8 people, available all year round. With 110 m2 on 2 levels, it is the perfect choice for your vacations, events, or to stay close to your friends and family.Conveniently located in the center of Gémozac, you will find all the necessary shops and medical services within walking distance. Our gîte is part of the Le Clos de Gémozac property, ensuring you have access to local services during your stay.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette grill. We provide basic necessities and household products for your convenience. The living room is equipped with an 80cm LED Smart TV for your entertainment.
The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a 90 vanity unit, a walk-in shower (90x160 cm), a washing machine, and a heating/electric towel dryer. There are toilets with a washbasin as well.
Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area. Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable 2-person bed (140x200), while Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90x200). Bedroom 3 features a spacious 2-person bed (160x200) and two additional 1-person beds (90x190). The upstairs bathroom includes a 90 vanity unit, a shower cubicle, toilets, and a heating/electric towel dryer.
Outside, you can enjoy a fully enclosed private garden with a terrace, tables, chairs, and a barbecue. Additionally, we provide a table tennis table and a tancarville for your enjoyment.
Please note that there is a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night. To ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests, the gîte is strictly non-smoking indoors. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets due to our resident dogs and cats.
