Located on the first floor, you will be captivated by the charming atmosphere of the COMPANY Board and the genuine essence of the MR Chamber. Each room is furnished with a comfortable 160 cm bed and features a spacious independent bathroom with a shower and toilet.Moving up to the second floor, you will discover the attic area of the house. Here, you will find the COTE GARDEN room, which is adorned with 2 beds measuring 120 cm, and the COLONIAL room, which boasts a luxurious 160 cm bed. Both rooms offer their own bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Additionally, guests have exclusive access to the swimming pool, which is conveniently located on the premises and overseen by the landlord.

The charming country cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It proudly holds a 3 épis GITE DE FRANCE ranking.As you enter the cottage, you will find an open kitchen that seamlessly connects to the inviting living room and lounge area.
Upstairs, there are 3 cozy bedrooms, two of which are furnished with 140 cm beds, while the remaining room features 120 cm beds. Each bedroom boasts its own ensuite bathroom, complete with either a shower or bath.
Additionally, the cottage offers convenient amenities such as a laundry room, enclosed courtyard, and a lovely private garden shared with the owners. As a guest, you will also have access to a secure swimming pool provided by the owner.

If you are coming from SAINTES via A10, take exit No. 35 and then follow the signs for the island OLÉRON for about 15 km. When you reach NANCRAS, turn left at the traffic lights following the signs for SAUJON - SABLONCEAUX. Drive through SABLONCEAUX and SAINT-ANDRE, and once you are out of the village, turn right at the old mill onto road BERTHEGILLE. Continue following the signs for the hamlet of BERTHEGILLE. Our house is located at the western end of the town, with a slate roof.
