Location: The port of Paimpol can be reached within a 5-minute car ride, while the nearby forest offers various hiking opportunities including hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The beach and estuary of Trieux are located 3 km away, and the boat to the island of Bréhat is just a 10-minute drive. Tréguier can be reached within 15 minutes, and the departmental park of the castle of Roche Jagu and the pink granite coast are only 20 minutes away. Additionally, there are numerous beaches such as Paimpol, Loguivy, Brehec, and Ploubazlanec, as well as attractions in the area including Beauport Abbey, the GR 34 hiking trail, the groove Talbert, and remarkable gardens. St Malo, Brest, and Rennes are all approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away.This recently built house features a wooden frame and comes fully equipped. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (35 m2) with a combined living and dining area, as well as an open kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a cloakroom and a separate WC. The living area opens up to a south-facing terrace (20 m2) and a garden lawn surrounded by wooded slopes. Guests can enjoy computer access and internet connection via wifi and CPL outlet.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a double wardrobe, and a large desk. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a "coin" bed (120 cm), a single bed, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, cupboards, and towels. Extra sleeping arrangements include a sofa bed and a baby bed.
The minimum stay is 2 nights during the off-season, while full weeks from Saturday to Saturday are required during high summer. Water and electricity usage are not included in the rental price and will be charged based on meter readings (estimated at around €20 per week for 4 people with average consumption). Well-behaved and leashed dogs are allowed, as there are cats and horses in the vicinity.

The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Additionally, there is a cloakroom and a WC on this floor.The living room features a large bay window that overlooks a south-facing terrace of 20 m2. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the garden and a lawn surrounded by beautiful wooded slopes. For your convenience, the house is equipped with a computer, internet access via wifi, and a CPL outlet.
Moving to the upper floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a double wardrobe, and a spacious office. There is also a second bedroom with a "coin" bed (120 cm), a single bed, and a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower, sink, cupboards, and towel storage.
For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sofa bed available along with a baby bed.
Please note that during the high summer season, the house is available for full-week rentals from Saturday to Saturday. For the rest of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
Water and electricity charges are not included in the rental price and will be calculated based on consumption. On average, this amounts to approximately 20€ per week for a party of 4.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but it is important that they are quiet, clean, well-trained, and kept on a leash due to the presence of cats and horses in the immediate vicinity.
