Description for B&B:

Come and unwind in the beautiful region of Sud-Goëlo, known for its stunning sandy beaches and the opportunity to explore the sea or the custom coastal pathways of GR34. Immerse yourself in the authentic beauty of Brittany, with its rugged landscapes and rich coastal history. Our well-traveled small Anglo-French family extends a warm welcome to you, offering double, triple rooms, or family suites that can accommodate up to 6 people. Each room features a small lounge area, television, and Wi-Fi. In total, we have 3 family suites or 6 rooms, providing accommodation for approximately 15 people.

Our Pierre Loti Suite is perfect for larger groups, with spacious rooms (La Bleue and La Rose) that can accommodate up to 6 people. The suite includes a modern shower room located between or next to the rooms. It can be booked as a family suite for families or friends, or if only one room is booked, the other room remains unoccupied, ensuring a private bathroom under one booking.

We also offer the Maisonnette, a 2-room suite called Nid d'Amour, which can accommodate up to 5 people. The upstairs bedroom features a large double bed and a single bed, while the downstairs lounge can be converted into a comfortable double bedroom with a double bed mattress and memory topper mattress. This suite has a modern shower bathroom on the ground floor, allowing for easy access without stairs. It has its own private entrance and a table, chairs, and relaxer chairs in our courtyard garden for you to enjoy the outdoors.

Our smaller family suite, Rousseau-La Perouse, consists of a double bedroom called La Chambre Verte (usually prepared with 2 single beds, but an additional 3rd single bed can be added upon request) and another bedroom called La Chambre Marine with a large double bed and a TV. This suite has a functional private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Situated on the second floor, you will have the whole floor to yourselves. It is ideal for families, friends, or couples booking only one room.

We frequently welcome tourists, business travelers, walkers, and cyclists who are taking short breaks or exploring the GR34 and coastal areas. We also accommodate large groups who book several rooms at once. Our prices in low season start at 55 euros for one person, 65 euros for a couple, 75 euros for three people sharing a room, and 85 euros per night for 2 persons in the 2-room suite/maisonnette, including breakfast. Please inquire or check our price table for mid or high season rates. We also offer the option of evening meals, featuring Breton, French, or international cuisine (menu prices range from 15 to 35 euros per person, including drinks). We often incorporate organic fruits and vegetables from our garden and local produce into our meals. Upon request and subject to availability, guests may use our family kitchen to prepare occasional meals, or they can use the tea/coffee facilities provided in the guest rooms. Additionally, we have a fully equipped summer kitchen in our large garden, complete with individual fridges for each suite/room, a gas cooker/oven, a microwave, and a gas BBQ.

In summary, our accommodation options include:
- Chambre Rose: double or triple room with a large double bed (1.7 x 2m) and a single bed
- Chambre Bleue: double or triple room with a double bed (1.4 x 2m)
- Maisonnnette (ground floor): double room with a double bed (1.4 x 2m) or as a lounge
- Maisonnette (top floor): double or triple room with a double bed (1.60 x 2m) and a single bed
- Chambre Verte: room with 2 or 3 single beds (0.90 x 2m)
- Chambre Marine: room with a double bed (1.60 x 2m)

Our delightful south-facing walled courtyard garden is adorned with a variety of plants, including roses, lavenders, hydrangeas, wisteria, and herbs. You are invited to enjoy breakfast al fresco on warm days, if you wish. Our large private garden offers sunbeds and various dining areas, including a long table that can accommodate up to 12-15 people, along with a BBQ area. Multiple seating areas are available for relaxation with a book or a refreshing drink. We also provide outdoor games, a ping-pong table, and a wooden swing for children near our vegetable plot. Our sheep, hens, and two friendly cats will also keep you entertained.

Conveniently located approximately 400m from the village center, our house is just a 15-minute walk (900m) to the nearest beach or the famous GR34 coastal pathway. Several other sandy beaches are a short 2-5 minute drive away. Throughout the year, the local area offers numerous tourist activities and traditional festivals that showcase local specialties such as scallops, cod, chestnuts, Breton dancing, sailors songs, and Celtic music. You can truly enjoy a fantastic holiday, immersing yourself in the beauty of the land and sea, as well as the rich cultural heritage of Brittany.

We are also situated between two other attractive regions of North Brittany, the Emerald Coast and the Pink Granite Coast, both approximately 25-45 minutes away by car (depending on the destination). Additionally, interesting towns such as Rennes and Saint Malo are just 1.15 hours away, while Mont Saint Michel is 1.30 hours away. We highly recommend a visit to the lovely Island of Bréhat, the first registered national heritage natural site in France, which can be accessed by boat from either Binic or Saint Quay Portrieux, both located near our home.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for special seasonal offers or discounts for longer stays. We wish you a wonderful holiday and hope to see you soon.
