Conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from the A 48 motorway (Rives exit or Voiron exit), 10 minutes from Lake Paladru, 10 minutes from Voiron, 30 minutes from Grenoble, 30 minutes from the massif of the Charterhouse, and less than an hour from the Vercors massif, you will have easy access to various attractions and destinations.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast included in your stay, served in the garden if the weather permits. You will have the freedom to choose your preferred spot. The breakfast selection includes a variety of drinks and homemade jams.

Indulge in a delightful table d'hôte experience for an additional fee of 30 per person. This culinary experience features a range of locally sourced and mostly organic ingredients. The menu is carefully crafted, including vegetables from the garden grown without any harmful inputs and fruits from the orchard. If you prefer, you can also opt for a picnic basket.

The property offers a spacious enclosed park of 18,000 m2, secured with a digicode and cameras for your peace of mind. You can relax on the large tiled terrace in front of the house or take a refreshing swim in the 6 x 12 m swimming pool, complete with massage jets and an outdoor shower (available during the season). At the back of the property, you will find entertainment options such as a ping-pong table, boules court, as well as benches, a barbecue, garden furniture, and deck chairs.

If you are an outdoor enthusiast, mountain bikes are available for rent, allowing you to explore the surroundings at your own pace. Cyclists and motorcyclists will appreciate the closed and secure room, equipped with a repair kit and a water jet for their convenience.

Please note that due to our resident sheep, hens, and cats, we are unable to accommodate dogs or cats. However, there is a nearby canine pension that will gladly welcome your four-legged friends.
