I am offering a 2-person bedroom for rent in my residential house. The bedroom comes with a private toilet and bathroom located right next to it. The house itself is an old charming property that is situated near the village of Coublevie, and is also conveniently close to Voiron. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with the Chartreuse mountain not too far away. It's worth mentioning that I have a wonderful Golden Retriever dog who is incredibly friendly and will greet you with as much joy as I will!Description for Gite
Welcome to my cozy residential house! The room I offer is located on the upper floor, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. You will have full access to high-speed WIFI throughout your stay, allowing you to stay connected and catch up on any work or personal matters.For your convenience, the kitchen is at your disposal, enabling you to prepare your meals. Additionally, you can utilize the fridge to store any perishable items. On certain occasions, you are also welcome to access the dining room to enjoy your meals in a comfortable setting.
During the pleasant seasons, feel free to take advantage of the beautiful garden, where you can relax and unwind. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast outdoors, which I am happy to provide. Coublevie is situated adjacent to Voiron, approximately 25km away from Grenoble and about an hour's drive from Lyon. If you are entering Coublevie from the direction of Voiron and heading towards Grenoble, my house is conveniently located on one of the primary streets at the entrance of the town. You will have no trouble finding it. Furthermore, there is ample parking available within the enclosed courtyard, secured by a large gate.
