We offer three spacious rooms in a stunning detached house situated on a secure 3500 square meter property, nestled at an altitude of 600 meters and surrounded by peaceful mountains. Our location is perfectly positioned between the enchanting sea and awe-inspiring mountains, just 20 kilometers away from the vibrant city of Nice. Additionally, we are conveniently located near the Mercantour Park, as well as being a short distance from both Cannes and Menton. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet for your comfort. Guests can also enjoy a cozy common living room with a fireplace, HIFI system, television, and DVD player. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Parking is available on the premises. Parking is available for convenience. The stunning American kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and oven. The cozy living room features a television, DVD player, HI-FI system, and a wood-burning stove. Additionally, there is a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The large mezzanine area offers a comfortable double bed.

Maison indépendante à celle du propriétaire, chambre vraiment impeccable, très calme. Une vue sur un pic enneigé et sur les montagnes voisines est superbe. A recommandée fortement. OUR CONTACT - Take Exit A8 and go to No. 55 NICE. At the second traffic light, make a left turn. Continue on the highway towards TALES / SOSPEL for approximately 9 kilometers. At the end of the highway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS. Take Highway 2204 and continue for 6.5 kilometers towards ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE." At "COL NICE," make a left turn onto R & D Management 215 and drive for 3 kilometers towards Berre Les Alpes. Look for the sign for "path Meingarde" and take a right onto "Way of Meingarde" (a dead end). Follow the sign and continue to the end of the road. Turn left onto the square and the first house on the right, which has a black wrought iron gate, is your destination.
