Located just 2km away from the village, this property offers breathtaking panoramic views and a serene natural environment. With no sight or sound of cars or neighbors, guests can fully immerse themselves in the peaceful sounds of nature.The property boasts a spacious swimming pool, partially designed with an infinity style.
There are two separate bed and breakfast units, each with their own independent access. The first unit, named "Lou Castellas," is located on the first floor of the villa and can be reached via an external staircase. The second unit, called "Les Lucioles," is a standalone annex-maisonette. Both units can accommodate up to four people and feature a private bathroom/toilet, TV, universal satellite receiver (Astra), fridge, and WiFi. Linen is also provided for guests' convenience.
Each unit has its own outdoor corner with a garden table and chairs, situated in front of its entrance. An added bonus for guests staying in "Les Lucioles" is the presence of an external covered fully equipped kitchen.
The village of Breil sur Roya, located in France near Park Mercantour and the Italian border, is just 20km away from the coast and its beautiful beaches. Additionally, it is only 35km from the stunning ski resort of Limone, Italy. For easy transportation, there is a train station in the village, offering connections to Nice, France, as well as Cuneo and Ventimiglia in Italy.
