This renovated cottage, inspired by the sea, is perfect for up to 12 people and is ideal for two couples with children. The property boasts an enclosed garden with a terrace, garden, and barbecue area.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen of 16 m² equipped with 2 sinks with drainer, a 12-place dishwasher, a cooker with 5 gas burners, a refrigerator and freezer, an oven and microwave, a coffee maker, and various other utensils.
There is also a caboose on the ground floor which includes a washing machine and dryer with storage shelves, an ironing board, and a steam iron.
The living area consists of a 60 m² salon/dining room with a color TV and DVD player. The salon features comfortable leather seating, while the dining room provides a large table that can accommodate 10 to 12 people.
The flooring on the upper level is epoxy, adding a modern touch to the cottage.
