This rustic yet cozy cottage provides very comfortable accommodation for up to four people. The interior features charming stone walls, some of which are exposed while others are covered with wood. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an old chimney, spanning 15 square meters. The spacious living room includes a fireplace insert and a sofa bed for two, covering an area of 40 square meters. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet on this level. Moving up to the first floor, you will discover a generous 25 square meter bedroom with a double bed and space for a baby's crib. There is also a second bedroom, measuring 15 square meters, with two single beds. Outside, the cottage offers a separate storage area for bicycles and canoes, complete with a washing machine and a clothes drying facility. The beautiful 800 square meter garden is enclosed by a hedge, providing privacy and a sense of being surrounded by woodland.Reviews

Directions
To get to St Brieuc, you can take either N12 or E50. To leave St Brieuc and head towards Lanvollon and Paimpol, take D6. When you reach Lanvollon, continue following the signs for Paimpol on D7. When you enter Paimpol, do not take the roundabout towards Lézardrieux Tréguier on D786. Instead, take the roundabout towards Penhoat (about ¾ of the way around). After approximately 4 km, you will see a sign for the Penhoat hamlet. Take the first left after 200m. After 1 km, you will see a sign for Danot. Take the left at the intersection 100m ahead. TY LEFF house is located 100m ahead on the left, at number 10.
