Located on the 3rd floor of a residence with an elevator, the apartment has been completely refurbished and is air-conditioned. It is situated in the heart of the old town, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet as it does not face the street but instead overlooks a pleasant green space, perfect for relaxation.The studio consists of a spacious living room with a large bay window that opens onto a terrace with views of the surrounding greenery and a glimpse of the sea. Additionally, there is a separate kitchen equipped with a large bay window, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious dressing room.
This fully equipped apartment includes amenities such as a microwave, washing machine, iron, flat-screen television, electric roller shutters, and air conditioning. Guests also have the option to dine on the terrace.
Families with children are welcome, as the apartment provides a cot, high chair, and bathtub for their convenience.
