Description for Gite

The Manoir du Buisson Perron is a stunning 18th century manor house available for rent. It offers exclusive use of the large heated swimming pool (available from May to October), beautiful garden, and grounds. The name of the house is derived from an equestrian event organized by King René d'Anjou in the 15th century near his Castle of Launay, called Le Pas du Perron. It is also situated close to a forest.

The main house features 8 spacious rooms, including 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms or showers. The house is furnished with a blend of modern comforts and antique furniture, adding to its charm. The fully equipped kitchen-dining room is perfect for preparing and enjoying meals, and there is a small room for laundry facilities.

Surrounded by a large garden spanning 2 hectares, with an abundance of trees, the manor offers a swimming pool measuring 12x5 meters on a terrace near the house. The center of Saumur is just 5 kilometers away, and supermarkets are conveniently located within 2 kilometers.

This delightful manor house is ideally situated in the heart of the Loire Valley, making it the perfect base for exploring the region's famous castles and vineyards.
