This house, originally built in 1830, underwent a complete renovation in 2014, with careful attention paid to selecting materials and equipment to ensure your comfort.The furniture throughout the house reflects the elegance of French style from its heyday, but with a contemporary twist. The bathrooms have been designed to offer both comfort and tranquility, whether you're starting your day or winding down in the evening.
During your stay, you can enjoy meals on porcelain dishes and crystal glassware, adding a touch of sophistication to your dining experience. The bedrooms feature luxurious French-made bedding, including a slatted base, a King size mattress with 600 springs per square meter, measuring 180 by 210 cm, and pillow-top mattresses with double pillows for ultimate comfort.
The breakfast lounge opens onto a charming patio and a colorful flower garden, where the sound of gently lapping water creates a soothing atmosphere.
With high-quality furniture, exceptionally comfortable bedding, and numerous amenities, we strive to provide excellent value for your money.
All of our rooms are equipped with the same features, including a spacious double bed measuring 180 by 210 cm (which can be separated into twin beds if needed), a spring mattress with a mattress topper, a cozy seating area, a desk, a private bathroom, a separate toilet, a hairdryer, a courtesy tray with tea and coffee, a 98 cm flat screen TV with international channels, a bluray/DVD/CD/radio/MP3Phone player, and complimentary wifi.

Directions
To reach the Dixmeresse, located near the Bourgueil exit on the A85 motorway between Tours and Angers, you need to travel approximately 5 kilometers from Dixmeresse. Upon reaching the exit, follow the signs indicating Bourgueil and Restigné, and continue in the direction of the "Church of Restigné". The Dixmeresse, recognizable by its distinctive high pitched roof resembling an old tithe barn, can be easily spotted.
