Moving up to the first floor, you will discover a versatile space that can be used as a play area or office, along with a generously-sized bedroom featuring two twin beds measuring 80 cm each.

The 3600m² walled garden is a true oasis, boasting a variety of vegetation inspired by the Gulf Stream, including mimosas, agapanthus, palms, bamboo, camellias, and of course, hydrangeas. The garden is also a haven for birds who have made it their home.

The house comes equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and various small appliances. Additionally, you will find garden furniture, a barbecue, and electric heating to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
