Just a 10-minute drive away, Parmenie is well-known for its Chartreuse cellars in Voiron. The house is also close to the Chambarans park and Lake Paladru, offering opportunities for outdoor activities and scenic walks in the forest.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a 140 bed, while Bedroom 2 has two 90 beds and a cot. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and oven. The bathroom includes a spa shower, and there is a separate toilet. The house also features a dining room and a lounge with a TV and internet access. Two private and closed areas are available for guests, along with a barbecue and garden furniture. Additionally, baby equipment such as a bath, high chair, and bed are provided free of charge. A pushchair can be borrowed upon request. Linen rental is also available for an additional fee of 10 per bed.
