This 80m² detached house offers a comfortable stay with 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. The bathroom features a spa shower, while the house also includes a dining room and a separate lounge. Conveniently located near shops and motorway access, it is situated in a village renowned for its ancient fair and nestled at the foot of a hill. Just a 10-minute drive away, Parmenie is well-known for its Chartreuse cellars in Voiron. The house is also close to the Chambarans park and Lake Paladru, offering opportunities for outdoor activities and scenic walks in the forest.Bedroom 1 is furnished with a 140 bed, while Bedroom 2 has two 90 beds and a cot. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and oven. The bathroom includes a spa shower, and there is a separate toilet. The house also features a dining room and a lounge with a TV and internet access. Two private and closed areas are available for guests, along with a barbecue and garden furniture. Additionally, baby equipment such as a bath, high chair, and bed are provided free of charge. A pushchair can be borrowed upon request. Linen rental is also available for an additional fee of 10 per bed.
