Chantal and Jean-Claude warmly welcome you to their luxurious air-conditioned villa, where you will be treated like friends. The villa boasts a swimming pool (available from April to mid-October), a beautifully landscaped garden, and a fenced park of 6300m² with various games for your enjoyment, including bowling, trampoline, ping pong, gantry, volleyball, and a children's playground with carousel and slide (under parental supervision at all times).

The entire property, including the 4-bedroom villa and outbuildings, is available for rent during the Parisian school holidays. Linen is provided, and we kindly ask you to contact us for availability as we also accommodate our own children and grandchildren.

From September to June, we offer guest rooms for your stay. Our Cezanne-themed, 25 m² Bed and Breakfast includes an en-suite shower room and a private terrace with an independent entrance. It also has the option for 2 additional beds. Additionally, we have a family suite with 2 rooms, perfect for parents traveling with children. This suite features a large covered terrace and a lounge in the veranda.

During your stay, breakfast is included, and you will have access to our shared summer kitchen for snack preparation. We are happy to provide recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and tours of Aix en Provence and Marseille. We also offer circuit cards and maps for your convenience.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway at our stunning property, available for full rental during school holidays or upon request (subject to availability). This single-storey villa boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and a comfortable living room with air conditioning. Relax and unwind on the veranda or in one of the 3 bathrooms equipped with modern amenities. With 4 toilets available, convenience is guaranteed for all guests.

The property features a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen inside the house, as well as an additional outdoor kitchen in the patio area, complete with a barbecue and plancha for delightful culinary experiences. A pool house with toilets and storage for pool and outdoor equipment is also provided.

Indulge in the luxury of a large swimming pool measuring 105 m², which includes an integrated Jacuzzi blower, water jets, and a swimming against the current feature. Additionally, a massage nozzle is available for ultimate relaxation. The pool offers a small flat bath area of approximately 20 m² in the triangular part, gradually sloping from a depth of 1 m to 1.80 m in the rectangular section. For diving enthusiasts, a diving pit with a depth of 1.80 m is available. A small ledge allows you to easily navigate around the pool on foot. The pool is heated by solar panels, ensuring comfortable temperatures between 26 and 30 °C in summer and 20 to 25 °C in spring (heating available from April to October, depending on sun exposure).

Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and enclosed park spanning 6300 m², adorned with flowers, pines, and oaks, the property offers various outdoor games and activities for your enjoyment. Linen is provided for your convenience.

The property is equipped with an electric gate operated by a remote control, ensuring security and ease of access. A visophone system further enhances security measures. The garden is automatically watered, ensuring a lush and vibrant environment.

To ensure the pool and garden are well maintained, a delegate will discreetly visit once or twice a week. Our lovely cat, Hérane, will be present during your stay, residing in the garage with a supply of food and water. Although shy, Hérane may warm up to you with a little coaxing.
