Charming 40m2 house spread across two levels, located in the fortified medieval village of Berre Alps. This peaceful retreat offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains. Situated at an elevation of 700 meters above sea level and just 20km away from Nice, it is conveniently positioned between Cannes and Menton. The renowned Parc du Mercantour is also within close proximity. The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a bedroom (double bed) and a shower room on the first level. On the second level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a sofa bed, a fireside room, and entertainment amenities such as a TV, DVD player, and HiFi system. Guests can also enjoy the unique feature of a vaulted independent balcony cave, measuring 25m2. The rental price ranges from 250 to 390 euros per week, and linen is provided at no additional cost. Please follow the instructions below to reach your destination:
- Take Exit A8 and head towards No. 55 in NICE.
- At the second traffic light, make a left turn.
- Follow the signs for TALES / SOSPEL and continue on the highway for approximately 9 kilometers.
- At the end of the highway, at the last roundabout, turn right and follow the signs for The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS on Highway 2204.
- Continue on Highway 2204 for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE".
- At "COL NICE", make a left turn onto R & D Management 215 and proceed towards Berre Les Alpes for 3 kilometers.
- Look for the sign indicating "path Meingarde" and turn right onto "Way of Meingarde" (dead end).
- Follow the sign and continue until the end of the road.
- Turn left at the square and the first house on your right, which has a black wrought iron gate, is your destination.
