This beautiful stone lodge is situated at an altitude of 600m on a spacious 3500m2 property filled with olive trees. Surrounded by mountains, it offers an unbeatable view and absolute tranquility. Located between the sea and mountains, it is only 20km away from Nice and in close proximity to Cannes and Monaco, as well as the Mercantour National Park. The lodge features a large terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, as well as a parking area. Inside, you will find a stunning fully equipped American kitchen with appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and oven. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, HI-FI system, and a wood stove, along with a sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a spacious mezzanine with a double bed. CONTACT - Take Exit A8 and continue until you reach No. 55 in NICE. At the second traffic light, make a left turn. Follow the signs for the TALES / SOSPEL highway and continue on this highway for approximately 9 kilometers. Once you reach the end of the highway, you will come across a roundabout. Take the right turn towards The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS on Highway 2204. Continue on this road for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE". At this point, turn left onto R & D Management 215 and proceed for 3 kilometers until you reach "path Meingarde". Take a right turn onto "Way of Meingarde" (dead end) and follow the signs. Keep going until you reach the end of the road and you will find the 1st house on the right with a black wrought iron gate.
