RATES (INCLUDING EXPENSES)The prices listed for this rental vary based on the number of people and the length of stay.
For 4 people: 100 euros per night or 650 euros per week.
For 6 people: 110 euros per night or 700 euros per week.
For 8 people: 120 euros per night or 750 euros per week (with 2 additional guests sleeping on a sofa bed in the office or living room).
These prices include all charges such as electricity, wood heating, gas, water, sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, and tablecloths. The house is heated on the day of arrival and welcome drinks are provided.
MOUNTAIN HOUSE
This charming mountain house is located 620 meters close to the thermal spa of Bagneres de Bigorre in the Baronnies region of the Pyrenees. With a stunning view of the mountains and no neighbors in sight, this former farm from 1839 has been renovated to preserve its authentic architecture using natural materials such as wood beams, lime-hemp, and a wood stove and fireplace for heating. The house is tastefully decorated with a cozy cottage atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful retreat and enjoying a good book. It also offers modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player, library, stereo, and high-speed wireless internet.
The house is heated with wood (stove and open fire) except for the bathroom which has electric heating. It is spread over two floors, with two bedrooms, an office-bearing, and a toilet cabinet on the first floor, and a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and wood stove, veranda, bathroom, laundry room, dressing room, and toilet on the ground floor.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The house can accommodate up to 6 people with two bedrooms featuring double beds (160cm and 140cm), a veranda room with a sofa bed (140cm), and a sofa bed for 2 additional people in the office-bearing or living room.
The south-facing orientation of the house ensures plenty of sunshine, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast and lunch on the terrace while admiring the mountain view. The spacious courtyard and sports area (1000m²) provide opportunities for relaxation and various outdoor activities.
