Choose from three guest bedrooms, each offering en-suite bath or shower rooms for your comfort. Feel free to make use of the garden, which features a secure swimming pool perfect for a refreshing dip. Additionally, you can light up the barbecue and indulge in delicious grillades. Breakfasts are served in either the courtyard or the salon de chasse, providing a delightful start to your day.

Convenient private parking is available in our cave, ensuring your peace of mind. Alternatively, if you prefer to have more freedom in your meals, consider staying in the village house, which can accommodate 4-6 people and is located just opposite.

The location of Cuxac d'Aude is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. With Narbonne only 10km away and the Mediterranean beaches a mere 25 minutes' drive, you have easy access to a variety of attractions. Village House

Immersed in the charming Mediterranean atmosphere, this renovated village house is located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Cuxac. With the capacity to accommodate up to 6 guests, this accommodation offers a comfortable stay. The house features 2 double bedrooms with 140cm beds, as well as a mezzanine with 2 single beds. The bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate toilet are conveniently situated on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you will find a dining room/sitting room adorned with a fireplace (wood provided) and a fully equipped kitchen. The double doors open up to a terrace equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, providing a delightful space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

For those looking to extend their stay beyond a few days, this gite is ideally located for exploring the enchanting region. The coast and beaches are just a 20-30 minute drive away, offering endless opportunities for leisure. Additionally, the area boasts numerous cycling and walking routes, as well as the famous Canal du Midi. Directions

To get to Maison Pelissier, follow these travel directions:
- Exit the autoroute du Sud A9 at junction 38.
- Take the ring road N9 towards Carcassonne and Beziers.
- Follow the signs to Cuxac d'Aude.
- At the 4th roundabout, take the last exit onto D13 towards Cuxac d'Aude.
- In the village, you will notice a boulangerie on your right. Opposite it, take the turn to Salleles.
- At the Hotel de Ville, make a left turn.
- After 200m, you will see our signpost directing you to the left onto rue du Bac.
- Look out for another sign for Maison Pelissier. Parking is available in the cave opposite.
