Welcome to the historic family mansion and grounds owned by Monique and Jean-Louis Mora, located in the picturesque Aude countryside. Situated just 1 mile (1.5 km) outside the charming village of Ouveillan, you will have easy access to the Canal du Midi, which is only 1.5 miles (2 km) away. Within a 12-mile (20 km) radius, you can explore the beautiful coastal towns of Gruissan, Narbonne-Plage, and Saint-Pierre-la-Mer. Alternatively, immerse yourself in the tranquility of the inland towns of Corbières and Minervois.

Our two spacious rooms, tastefully furnished by Monique herself, come with ensuite bathrooms for your comfort. Start your day with a hearty breakfast served either in our dining room or outside, under the shade of our ancient two-hundred-year-old trees. If you have specific dietary preferences, we are happy to accommodate vegetarian or vegan requests.

The Majorelle Bedroom, named after the renowned French cabinet-maker Louis Majorelle, offers a clear view of the splendid Lebanese cedar tree in our south garden. Experience ultimate comfort and enjoy the soothing ambiance of this impeccably decorated room.

Grandmother's Bedroom, formerly owned by Jean-Louis's grandmother, exudes the charm of yesteryears and basks in abundant sunshine due to its south-facing location. You will undoubtedly feel at ease and content during your stay here.

Directions

To get to Domaine de Fraissinet from Narbonne, follow the N9 towards Béziers. At the roundabout, take the D13 towards Cuxac d'Aude. Continue on this road until you reach Ouveillan. Drive through the village and pass the roundabout at the pharmacy. After 50m, turn right onto the D418. The Domaine de Fraissinet will be on your left, about 1.5km from the village of Ouveillan.

If you are starting from Béziers, take exit 36 on the highway and turn right onto the D64. Follow the directions towards Montady and Capestang (D11). After 7 km past Capestang, you will reach the hamlet of "Crusade". Take a left onto the D13 towards Ouveillan. At the first roundabout, take a left and drive for 150m. Then, take a left after the D418 and continue for 1.5km. You will arrive at Domaine de Fraissinet on your left.
