The main house is divided into two floors and has a separate entrance, a loggia, and a roof terrace, allowing a maximum of 5 people to stay comfortably. The first floor, covering around 40m2, features three bedrooms. One bedroom offers a double bed with double doors leading to a charming loggia/balcony at the front of the house. Another bedroom has two single beds, while a small bedroom provides a single bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a washing machine available.
The top floor boasts a spacious living room with an open kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, and a striking high, open-beamed ceiling. At the rear, double doors open to a French balcony, while sliding doors at the front lead from the kitchen to a roof terrace, featuring a built-in barbecue. This terrace offers a picturesque view of the azure Mediterranean Sea, peeking through the nearby park's trees.

The guest apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own separate entrance and a sunny backyard facing south. It can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people. The apartment includes a spacious studio with a bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
