Welcome to our peaceful cottages in the charming Catalan village of Ortaffa, situated near Collioure. With a population of approximately 1200 inhabitants, this village is conveniently located just 15 km from Perpignan, a mere 10-minute drive from Argelés beach, and a short 15-minute journey to Collioure. The Catalan region surrounding it is a haven, with the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees within close proximity, offering endless opportunities to enjoy the wonders of nature. Wake up every morning to the breathtaking beauty of Canigou. Additionally, we invite you to indulge in authentic Catalan cuisine, which we offer for dinner at a price of 22 euros for adults, 15 euros for children aged 9 to 12, and 10 euros for children aged 4 to 8.

Description for Gite

Introducing the Mas des Palmiers, where we have two charming cottages available for 2 to 5 people. These cozy accommodations are all on one level and come with their own private entrance. Each cottage is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Inside the cottages, you will find a convertible sofa bed measuring 140 x 190, with a bed base featuring 2/3 slats and 1/3 elastic straps. The mattress is made of polyurethane and is 14 cm thick, providing a comfortable sleeping experience.

You will have access to our swimming pool, complete with deck chairs for lounging and soaking up the sun. Additionally, we offer garden furniture for you to enjoy your meals under the shade of the trees near the pool. The surroundings are peaceful and shaded, allowing for a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. For your convenience, we also have a closed parking lot.

Gite 1 is a spacious 31 m2 cottage with two rooms, and it features a private terrace overlooking the garden. The living room includes a kitchen equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and television. There is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, as well as a dining table. The bedroom consists of a double bed measuring 140cm and a single bed measuring 90cm. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower cubicle, and toilet.

Gite 2 is a cozy 29 m2 cottage with two rooms and a private terrace. The living room also contains a kitchen with an electric hob, oven/microwave, fridge, and television. Similar to Gite 1, it has a sofa bed for two people and a dining table. The bedroom features a double bed measuring 140cm. The bathroom is complete with a sink, shower cubicle, and toilet.

Our cottages come with linens provided, and for your convenience, we offer a cleaning service at the end of your stay for an additional 25 euros. The tourist tax is 0 euros per person. To secure your reservation, we require a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival. We accept holiday checks but regretfully do not allow pets.

Please note that check-in is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and check-out is from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the latest. We also have a shared washing machine available for a fee of 3 euros, including laundry products.
