Welcome to the Gîte "Sécotine" where you will have complete independence on the property. The entrance to the gîte is through a door on the street, and the entrance and terrace are located on the west side, providing a private and unobstructed view. The covered terrace, facing south, offers a beautiful view of the park, which is partially shaded and spans 4000m².The gîte can accommodate 4 to 5 people comfortably within its 48 m² space. It features two bedrooms, one with a large 160 cm bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with an integral hydromassage shower, a washing machine, a hair dryer, towels, a toilet, and a storage cupboard. Additionally, there is a separate second toilet and hand wash area.
