Description:

Description for B&B:

Murier Blanc offers its own private entrance from a charming lane that runs alongside the main development. The front drive provides ample parking space for at least three cars. Surrounding the property, you'll find a spacious tiled area and lush shrub borders that enhance privacy. The front and far side of the villa feature beautifully maintained lawns, bordered by a hedge that has been thoughtfully kept at a level that doesn't obstruct the breathtaking views of the valley and distant hills.

Inside the villa, you'll discover a well-designed layout. The centerpiece of the property is a large open plan American style kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The bedrooms are situated on either side of this central space, creating two distinct sleeping arrangements. On one side, there are two double bedrooms that can be configured as twins or doubles. These bedrooms share a spacious shower room. On the other side, you'll find the master bedroom with its own en suite shower room. French doors in the master bedroom lead to the covered terrace at the front of the house, where you can enjoy the stunning south-facing views. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, as well as luxurious LOccitane bathroom amenities.

The kitchen is accessed through a convenient back door and is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker, coffee machine, kettle, teapot, toaster, and more. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small utility room that houses the fridge freezer, washing machine, and microwave.

The dining area features a substantial French-style rustic table and six chairs. Beyond the dining area, you'll find a comfortable seating area with two large linen-covered sofas, a coffee table, and a TV with a CD/DVD player. The large patio windows in this area maximize the enjoyment of the stunning views. A door from the seating area leads to the covered terrace, which is perfect for outdoor dining with its spacious glass-topped table and six chairs.

Just a short distance from the garden, down a few steps, you'll find the main pool area. This pool features a sun deck, loungers, and parasols. Adjacent to the pool is a boules court. Although the pool is technically shared with around five other houses and two apartments, it is rarely crowded. Many of the other properties on the site have their own private pools, so the main pool is often quiet and peaceful.

The entire site is meticulously maintained and offers excellent amenities. You'll find an outstanding restaurant and a boutique hotel with a spa, where you can book rejuvenating treatments. The spa includes a hammam and Jacuzzi, perfect for indulging in during an early spring or late autumn getaway when the outdoor pools may not be available.
