- The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen, living and dining room, entrance hall (shared spaces), as well as a bedroom, WC, and shower room exclusively for the owners.
- The first floor is dedicated to rental purposes only, featuring two bedrooms, a library mezzanine, a bathroom with WC, and a private technical room.
- A garden and terraces surround the entire house.
- The house is available for booking throughout the year, except for the month of September.
- Special rates are offered for direct reservations made via email, and an additional 10% discount is provided for our fishing enthusiasts.
- Check-in is available from 5 p.m., and check-out is required before 12 p.m.
- Pets are allowed without any additional charges.

This rental offers 1 or 2 bedrooms on the first floor of a countryside villa, nestled between a picturesque lake and majestic mountains. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs area.The accommodation includes:
- 1 complimentary parking space
- A charming bedroom with a balcony, equipped with a comfortable 140 cm bed, table, armchair, and storage space
- An adaptable bedroom with either 2 beds measuring 80 cm each or a spacious 160 cm bed
- A private bathroom complete with a toilet, washbasin, and a bath/shower combination
- A serene relaxation area featuring a library, sofa, and a cozy rocking chair
The kitchen, living room, dining room, and terraces are communal spaces that will be shared with the friendly owners.

- 5 minutes away from the Lyon-Chambéry motorway toll on the A43.
- 20 minutes away from Chambéry and Aix les Bains.
- 35 minutes away from Annecy.
- 60 minutes away from Lyon, Grenoble, and Geneva.
To reach the Gerbaix house, take exit 12 "lac daiguebelette" on the A43 Lyon-Chambéry. Then, drive through the village of Novalaise towards Yenne.
At the exit, turn left under a small chapel onto the first road.
Continue on the D40 towards Gerbaix and Saint Pierre DAlvey for 1.6 kilometers. You will find the Maison de Gerbaix on the right side.
