The combination of Irish antiques and art with the charming French architecture creates a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.
Nestled in the picturesque Midi Pyrenees region of South West France, Sarah and Steven extend warm Irish hospitality to their guests. Sarah's culinary education in Paris and Steven's heritage as part of the renowned Irish Allen clan perfectly complement their passion for food and wine. Indulge in their sumptuous dinners featuring delectable dishes crafted from homegrown and locally sourced ingredients. Each year, Steve raises two "Noir de Gascon" pigs, which Sarah skillfully transforms into mouthwatering terrines, pates, saucisse, and hams.
