Introducing the charming "Les Palmiers" Villa.This delightful 82m2 villa, formerly the residence of the estate steward, has undergone a complete renovation, resulting in a tastefully furnished and transformed space. Offering all the modern amenities one could desire, including a designated parking area and a private garden, this villa is the epitome of comfort and convenience.
Inside, you will find two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom features a standard size double bed measuring 140x190cm, while the second bedroom boasts a luxurious king size bed measuring 180x200cm. Additionally, the villa features a lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, a bathroom with a shower unit, and a separate WC. The veranda doubles as a dining room, providing a perfect spot to savor your meals. A terrace and a barbecue are also at your disposal, allowing for outdoor enjoyment. For added convenience, there is a laundry room and air conditioning throughout the villa.

To reach Castell Rose, follow these travel directions:
By car: Take the A9 motorway and then the N116 route from Perpignan. Upon reaching the entrance of Prades, continue towards Prades centre and cross Prades following the signs for Hôtel de Ville. Once you reach the route de Ria (a long straight road with plane trees on the left side), drive approximately 200 meters and then turn left into a narrow road located between the Senioriales and the Hôtel de Ville.
From Andorra: Take the N116 route towards the entrance of Prades. After passing the Lidl supermarket, turn right and continue for about 500 meters. Then, turn right into a small road.
By plane: The closest airport to Castell Rose is Perpignan, which is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Alternatively, Gerona airport is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
By train: The Prades station is conveniently located just 1 kilometer away from Castell Rose and offers connections to main train lines in Perpignan.
