The ground floor apartment, EBRD, spans across 80 square meters and features a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen (covering 35 square meters), two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a terrace, and a delightful garden. On the upper floor, the Huernic apartment offers 100 square meters of space, including a living room with a kitchen (35 square meters), three inviting bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room.
For your convenience and peace of mind, we offer secure parking facilities and a dedicated area for storing bicycles. Additionally, if you wish to explore the area on two wheels, bike rental services are available right here on-site.
