Rooms for Rent at "Chez Nina THUREY"Welcome to Nina's cozy home in TOURS, located in a town that's almost in the countryside! Our place is conveniently situated near Place de la Liberté and Avenue de Grammont, just a few minutes away from the bus and tram stations, the Town Hall, SNCF train station, Tourist Office, old Tours, and the vibrant Place Plumereau with its fantastic array of restaurants.
To ensure availability on your desired dates, please contact the owners. We offer a charming ground floor bedroom measuring 12 m², suitable for 1 or 2 people. The room features a window overlooking the courtyard and is equipped with a comfortable bed with an electric relax box spring in a size of 2 x 80 x 200. Adjacent to the bedroom, you'll have access to a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC exclusively for your use. The house is equipped with free electric heating throughout, a ceiling fan, wardrobe, table, desk, chairs, and a flat-screen TV.
For larger groups, we also have a second bedroom on the first floor that can accommodate three people upon request. Additionally, if needed, we can provide a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people on the mezzanine, with an additional charge per person per night.
Children between the ages of 4 and 12 pay half price, while those under 4 stay for free (please bring your own cot). A delicious French breakfast is included and served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. in the dining room or on the terrace (weather permitting). The breakfast includes unlimited orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, croissants, buttered bread, rusks, and homemade jams.
We provide free parking in our courtyard for your cars, as well as a garage for storing bicycles. The tourist tax is already included, and we offer free WIFI. Bed sheets, blankets, towels, and toiletries are also provided.
Check-in is available between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., with a slightly later check-in time of 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays. If you anticipate arriving later than the specified times, please inform us in advance. Kindly provide us with your approximate arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in process.
You will have access to your room at all times during your stay. On the morning of your departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleaning.
Please note that due to health, hygiene, and allergy reasons, we are unable to accommodate pets. We kindly ask that you respect the current sanitary conditions in place.
Reservations must be made exclusively by post or email, including your address and a telephone number for quick communication if necessary. Please note that telephone reservations without written confirmation (letter or email) will not be accepted.
Payment for your reservation can be made by bank check or cash (preferably) during your stay. To secure reservations for multiple nights, a 20% deposit of the total amount is required. The deposit can be made by check payable to Mrs. Nina THUREY at 4 impasse Saint Germain, 37000 TOURS, or by bank transfer (IBAN number available upon request).
As we are not a business establishment, we regret that we are unable to accept credit cards or holiday vouchers. Only checks and cash are accepted as forms of payment.
