OUR ACCOMMODATION
Our main house offers four bedrooms and a dormitory, while the recently restored bakery serves as a separate, small home for families or small groups of up to four people. The bakery features a south-facing terrace that overlooks a pond, providing ample sunlight throughout the day. With accommodations designed to respect your privacy and cater to small groups, La Lipomerie ensures a fulfilling stay.

OUR AMENITIES

LA PETITE MAISON: THE OLD BAKERYIdeal for up to four guests, this charming retreat offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the smaller bedroom provides two twin beds. The house can comfortably accommodate either 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Enjoy the abundance of natural light that fills the house, and take advantage of the terrace, complete with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Minimum stay requirement is 2 nights, with a housekeeping fee of 50 euros.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate four adults and one child. Breakfast is included with a minimum rental period of 2 nights.

DIRECTIONS
By car:
Take the A13 N12 towards Dreux, then continue towards Verneuil l'Aigle Moulins-la-Marche.
Distance:
To reach Deauville, take the highway. It will take approximately 2 hours from Paris, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Deauville, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Le Havre.
By train:
If traveling by train, take the Paris Montparnasse-Granville line. You can stop at either Surdon (15 minutes) or l'Aigle (25 minutes).
By bike:
For cyclists, there is La Veloscénie, a bike path that connects Paris to Mont-Saint-Michel and passes through Le Perche. More information can be found on the Veloscénie website, as well as on the site for Voie Verte Alençon-Condé-sur-Huisne. It is also possible to travel by train and bike by taking the Paris-Le Mans line or the Granville route. Get off at the Condé station, which provides direct access to the Voie Verte.
