This holiday home is located in the picturesque valley between Roquebrun and Tarrassac, surrounded by beautiful holm oaks, grapevines, and olive trees. Known as the "Nice of Hérault," Roquebrun benefits from a microclimate that allows for the cultivation of citrus fruit, mimosas, and olive trees. The town serves as the gateway to the Nature Park of High Languedoc, offering a perfect balance between the sea and mountains.The house is available for rent all year round, and for weekend stays during the off-season. It is spread across three levels, with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and cooking utensils. The living room features a television and comfortable seating area, while the dining room offers ample space for meals and also hosts various exhibitions, concerts, and fairs during the summer months.
Roquebrun is conveniently located just 30 minutes away from Beziers, 60 minutes from Montpellier, and 35 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Valras. The famous thermal station of Lamalou baths is only 20 minutes away, while the stunning Caroux massif with its breathtaking gorges can be reached in just 10 minutes.

To reach the destination, follow these revised travel directions:
Take the A9 freeway and head towards the west exit for Beziers. From there, continue in the direction of St Pons. At the first roundabout, take the exit towards Maraussan. Exit Maraussan and continue towards Cazouls, Cessenon, and Roquebrun. Once in Roquebrun, follow the signs towards Olargues. After approximately 4 kilometers, you will find the village of Vine stocks on your left.
