Location: Situated on the side of the road in the charming village of BUN, this house is conveniently located between the school and church.Description: The ground floor of the house features an entrance, a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. Additional amenities include a freezer, water heater, and washing machine. The living room is equipped with a kitchen, oven, fridge, gas hob, electric iron, toaster, microwave, fireplace, TV, armchairs, and a sofa.
On the first level, there are three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a single bed, and one with a double bed. Each of these bedrooms has a door leading to an exterior gallery that overlooks the field with trees and lawn. On the third level, there are two spacious attic rooms with a double bed and a crib, as well as a separate toilet. The house is kept warm by electric heating and is well-insulated. Outside, there is a barbecue and garden furniture, all enclosed within the fenced 900 m2 grassy field with trees.
This comfortable and independent house offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. It is conveniently located near a bakery, grocery store, and restaurant.
