This description is for a cozy and peaceful vacation rental located in a residential area, close to the owner's house. The ground floor features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge. There is also a convenient WC with a washbasin and a laundry room. On the upper floor, you will find a cozy master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a mezzanine area with a sofa that can be converted into an additional bed for one person. The bathroom on this floor includes a WC. The rental offers WIFI internet connection. The living room opens up to a private outdoor area of 100 m², which includes a terrace, garden furniture, and deckchairs. There are two parking spaces available, one in front of the rental and another in the owner's courtyard, as they live next door. Additionally, guests have access to the owner's heated swimming pool, which is located on their property and overlooks the terrace of their house. The pool can be used from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and is shared with other guests. The rental price is all-inclusive, covering amenities such as sheets, towels (including pool towels), tea towels, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. Please note that the pool is open from May to September. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.Reviews
