Directions

If you are coming from La Rochelle on the RN137, continue on the D733 towards Oléron Royan until you reach Saint-Agnant. In Saint-Agnant, take the D123 towards Trizay and follow the signs for "lac du bois fleuri". From there, follow the signs for "Abbaye de Trizay" and you will be about 500 meters away from the Chizé.

For those coming from Saintes on the RN137, take the left exit after Beurlay and follow the signs for Abbaye de Trizay on the D238.

If you are exiting the motorway at exit n°33 Niort, head towards Surgères, Muron, and St Hyppolite on the D117. In St Hyppolite, follow the D123 towards île d'Oléron and the "lac du bois fleuri".

For those exiting the motorway at exit n°34 St Jean d'Angely, follow the signs for Rochefort and the D739 until you reach the roundabout (silo) before Tonnay-Charente. At the roundabout, take the Saintes direction (N137) towards St Hyppolite. In St Hyppolite, follow the signs for Oléron on the D123 towards the "lac du bois fleuri" in Trizay. Once you reach the "lac de Trizay", follow the signs for "Abbaye de Trizay" and you will be about 500 meters away from the Chizé.
