Description: This spacious and comfortable cottage is 80m² in size. The interior features a dining room and an open plan kitchen/lounge area (45m²) with a sofa bed (160), fireplace, and armchair (2). The cottage is equipped with storage space, a refrigerator-freezer, a microwave oven, a pyrolysis oven, a mixed plate (4), a dishwasher, a color TV (with DVD player), electric heating, and a telephone (with France Telecom card access).The ground floor also includes a cellar with a private washing machine, a dryer, a private cumulus (250l), and freezer storage shelves. The cottage boasts a large covered terrace of 30m² that is perfect for enjoying the sunny weather.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a small balcony and a south-facing terrace (25m²) that can accommodate 2 people. The bedroom is equipped with storage space (desk, shelves) and a cot. There is also a private bathroom with a sink (vanity), bidet, bathtub, separate shower, and toilet. A telephone is available on-site for communication.
The cottage is equipped with a satellite dish and a cable demodulator, subject to staff and board availability, in addition to the usual channels. Other amenities provided include a barbecue, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture, baby equipment, a bed cane, booster chair, and a microwave.

To access the destination, take the A64 exit toll at Lannemezan. From there, follow the signs to Arreau-D929 for 24 kilometers. In Arreau, head towards the Place de la Mairie, cross the bridge, and take the first road on the right, which leads to Bareilles. At the intersection Jézeaux, keep right and continue towards Bareilles. Pass through the town of Is and continue for another 3 kilometers until you reach Pouy. Cross the bridge, find parking, and take the first street on the left. The cottage is located at the bottom right corner. The nearest airport is Ossun, which is 70 kilometers away, and the nearest highway exit (A64, exit 16) is 25 kilometers away in Lannemezan.
