Description for B&B:
Welcome to the heart of Bailleul, a charming city in the countryside. In 2013, Isabelle and Philippe beautifully renovated a house to celebrate its 90th anniversary, and now they invite you to stay in their two tastefully decorated rooms. The first room, named "Carillon," offers a stunning view of the belfry, which is now a UNESCO World Heritage site. The second room, known as "Gargantua," is a nod to the vibrant carnival that takes place in the city. Each room features a comfortable double bed (1.60m * 2m), bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe and dresser, a TV, an electric kettle for coffee, chocolate, or tea, a luggage rack, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience.
In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast served in the conservatory, overlooking the beautiful garden. If the weather is chilly, the wood stove will keep you warm and cozy.
"Belle de Flandre" welcomes guests from 17:00 on Fridays until 10:00 on Mondays. The property is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and approximately 2km from the A25 motorway. Within a 30-minute drive, you can reach Ypres, Lille, Dunkirk, Hazebrouck, and St Omer.
While there are several restaurants in Bailleul that can cater to your lunch and dinner needs, the Flemish taverns along the Belgian border are worth exploring as well.
The rate for each room, accommodating two people, is €65. To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Please note that cancellations must be made at least one week prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit.
