Welcome to Maxime's House, a fully equipped accommodation perfect for family holidays. This house can accommodate up to 5 people, including babies and children. It features 2 bedrooms and a shared 11X5m swimming pool with only 2 other people.Maxime's House is semi-detached with Sarah's house but completely independent. It offers a large quiet private terrace with garden furniture, surrounded by the shade of a mélia tree. Inside, you will find amenities such as an 82cm LCD TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and cooker. Ironing facilities are also provided.
The bathroom includes a bathtub and a washbasin, with a toilet located on the first floor. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Arrivals are expected between 5 and 7 P.M., and the shared use swimming pool is open from May to the end of September, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Additionally, there is a large 3000m2 shared garden available for guests to enjoy.
Please note that Maxime's House is rented from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of 1 week. The bedding configuration includes a ground floor bed measuring 160X200, and three beds measuring 90X190 on the first floor.
The owners of the property live on-site in a separate house.

House 1 is a spacious gite measuring 75 m2, perfect for accommodating up to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms, including one with a comfortable 160X200 bed and another with three cozy 90X190 beds.During your stay, you don't have to worry about household linens as they are provided for your convenience.
Availability and rates are as follows:
- From 02/07/2022 to 16/07/2022: Available for a minimum of 3 nights at a rate of 230 per night.
- From 16/07/2022 to 19/07/2022: Sorry, this time period is already occupied.
- From 19/07/2022 to 23/07/2022: Available for a minimum of 4 nights at a rate of 230 per night.
- From 23/07/2022 to 07/09/2022: Sorry, this time period is already occupied.
- From 07/09/2022 to 01/10/2022: Available for a minimum of 3 nights at a rate of 200 per night.
To ensure the safety of the property, a breakage deposit of 500 is required. However, if you prefer not to worry about cleaning before leaving, there is an option for a final cleaning service available for an additional fee of 100.
