Nestled between the sea and the scrubland, our recently renovated Maison d'Hôtes l'Estaca seamlessly blends the charm of the old with the comforts of modernity.

On the first floor, our establishment offers three guest rooms spread across two suites, accommodating a total of six people with the option of an additional extra bed. The Morocco suite boasts a king-size double bed, a walk-in shower room, a separate living room, and a private WC. The Rétro & Azur Suite features two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds that can be joined together, a walk-in shower room, and a private WC.

The ground floor provides access to a cozy living room and a charming dining area where we serve breakfast and table d'hôte meals.

Outside, our property offers a tranquil terrace with shaded dining space, a summer lounge, and an above-ground swimming pool under adult supervision. The Mediterranean garden and vegetable patch add to the peaceful ambiance.

At the end of the garden, a summer kitchen awaits, complete with a plancha, barbecue, stove with an oven, and a fridge. This allows you to prepare your own meals to enjoy on-site or to take away (a shaded table is available).

We provide various amenities such as WiFi, a hairdryer, indoor games, badminton equipment, a high chair, a baby cot, and a welcome booklet filled with recommendations for activities, sightseeing, restaurants, wineries, and local cultural events. A spacious car park is located just 20 meters away.

Additionally, we offer wellness massage sessions and workshops for body relaxation and awakening, overseen by our certified practitioner and trainer, Mélanie.

Furthermore, we have partnered with local businesses to offer bicycle rentals, horseback riding excursions, winery visits, and wine tastings.

While unloading luggage, parking in front of the house is permitted. A car park located 20 meters away, adjacent to the pharmacy and children's park, provides convenient parking options.

Within the village, you will find numerous shops and services, including an excellent bar-restaurant, a doctor's office, a pharmacy, a bakery, a grocery store, a tobacco/press shop, a butcher, a bar, a decoration store, and a haberdashery. Various activities can also be enjoyed both within the village and in the surrounding area.

Major cities such as Narbonne and Béziers (with train stations) can be reached within a 30-minute drive, while the beach is approximately 40 minutes away. The mountainous St Pons valley is a 45-minute drive, and Montpellier (with an airport) is an hour away, as is the Spanish border.

Welcome to our beautiful guest house, where we offer three spacious guest rooms spread over two suites. With a total capacity of six people, there is also the option of an additional extra bed if needed.

Situated on the first floor, our guest rooms have been completely renovated to provide a comfortable and stylish stay. Each room has its own unique style and is equipped with modern amenities. These include a large walk-in shower room with a heated towel rail, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack with hangers, cozy armchairs and a coffee table. The rooms also feature double glazed windows, wooden shutters, radiant electric heating, a fan, new bedding, towels, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

The Morocco Suite will transport you to the enchanting scents of the Orient. Inspired by the beauty of Morocco, the furniture and objects in this suite create a dreamy atmosphere. The warm ocher earth tones, indigo sky, and lush green oasis will captivate your senses. This suite is located on the garden side, offering a peaceful retreat. It consists of a spacious 20 m2 bedroom with a large 180/200 cm double bed and an en-suite shower room. Additionally, there is a cozy 16 m2 living room and a separate toilet.

On the street side, you will find the Rétro & Azur Suite, which comprises of two bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be twinned if required. The suite also features a walk-in shower room and a private WC.

The Azur room will transport you to the open sea, where you can indulge in a serene marine experience. The soothing azure and sand tones create a tranquil ambiance, offering a simple and natural setting for relaxation.

For those seeking a nostalgic experience, the Retro Room is the perfect choice. Step back in time and be charmed by the quirky decor that combines a vintage atmosphere with a unique "recycled" style. Behind its slightly nostalgic appearance, this room exudes an authentic and original atmosphere, nodding to the past of our family.

Directions

Take the Béziers Ouest exit on the highway and head towards Castres / Mazamet.

Continue straight until you reach the prison roundabout. Take the third exit on the left, following the signs for Castres / Mazamet.

Continue straight, passing through the village of Maureilhan. Then, bypass Puisserguier while still heading towards Castres / Mazamet. After approximately 1 km outside the village of Puisserguier, turn left towards Creissan.

Go through the village, following the main road that turns left towards Quarante. Once you reach Quarante, go straight at the roundabout and continue straight at the stop sign. At the second left stop sign, you will be on avenue du Chateau.

The house with the green shutters is a little further down on the left.
