This rental includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove with gas, breakfast bar, fridge freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. The kitchen is separated from the living/dining room by a small bar.The cozy living/dining room features a comfortable sofa that can also be converted into a bed for two people, a TV, and a DVD player.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, and an additional folding bed is provided for children or extra guests. There is also a storage cupboard for your convenience.
The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower with body jets, a showerhead, and a handheld shower. Additionally, there is a washing machine and a towel dryer.
A separate toilet and washbasin are also available.

To reach the house from Thonon les Bains, head towards Vinzier and Bernex. Upon reaching Vinzier, you will find the house just 50 meters away from the bar or tabac called the lazarette.
