This 4-star classified house offers a peaceful retreat, spanning across two levels and measuring 70m2. It comfortably accommodates 2 to 6 people and is conveniently located just 350m from the beach and 100m from local shops. Situated 3km away from Royan, the casino, and thalassotherapy center, this charming home provides the perfect base for a relaxing vacation.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a dining area and a cozy fireplace. The room is equipped with a color TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and microwave. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a comfortable 160cm bed, a separate toilet with a sink, a bathroom with a sink and bathtub, and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, there is a charming attic mezzanine area that serves as a relaxation corner and features a sofa, an organ, a reading corner, and a baby chair. There are two more bedrooms on this level - one with a 140cm bed and the other a half-attic room with a 140cm bed. There is also a separate toilet and an independent bathroom. The house is heated with electric heating and also has a fireplace with an insert.
Outside, the house is surrounded by a private garden enclosed by hedges, ensuring privacy from neighbors. There are garden furniture and a barbecue available for outdoor dining and relaxation. Additionally, two bicycles (one for men and one for women) with a child seat are provided for exploring the area.
