Located in the peaceful countryside, this spacious 64 sqm² gîte is nestled within a large enclosed property adorned with beautiful trees and vibrant flowers. Situated on the first floor of the owner's house, the gîte offers independent access through outside stairs. It is also conveniently located near two other gîtes.The gîte features a cozy lounge area, a spacious kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a 160cm bed, while the second bedroom offers three beds, each measuring 90cm. The bathroom is equipped with a small shower and WC.
For your convenience, the gîte provides essential amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and a large fridge with a deep freezer. Entertainment options include a color TV, DVD player, telephone, and WiFi. During colder evenings, you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
Bed sheets can be rented for 10 euros per set, and towels are available for hire at 5 euros per person. Additionally, you have the option to request cleaning services after your departure for a fee of 60 euros.
The gîte also offers a lovely 13 sqm² terrace with teak furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Additionally, guests have access to a shared pool measuring 13*6, a garden furniture set, a barbecue area, an arbour, and an outdoor shower. Please note that there is an extra charge for heating.

Directions
To access the destination, proceed according to the instructions for Porto Vecchio until you reach the village of Querciolo. Upon reaching the end of the village, make a left turn just before the Renault Garage. Continue driving for 2.700 kilometers in the direction of the sea until you reach the signpost for Gite Rural. At this point, make a right turn and the house will be located 200 meters away on your right side.
