Description:

Description for B&B:

Nestled in a serene setting, this is the ideal retreat to rejuvenate your spirit. Our vision was to design five bedrooms, each with a private bath, in a "country chic" style that exudes relaxation. We prioritized preserving the building's late 18th-century character by using original materials wherever possible. To maintain the authentic charm of this tower house, the ground floor has been transformed into a cozy living area. The chestnut framework is prominently displayed, accentuated by an open layout and thoughtful lighting.

Each room offers a unique ambiance and presents stunning views of the natural surroundings, inviting guests to pause and reflect. The communal spaces are expansive and welcoming, designed to foster a sense of community. Guests can cook, dine, and unwind around the wood stove. The two living areas offer opportunities for both social gatherings and quiet reflection—whether lounging on the sofa, enjoying the fireplace, soaking in the views of the sea, mountains, and nature, or engaging in games around the communal table. The Scontra invites you to experience moments of joy.

OUR INSPIRATION:
With 24 years of experience organizing the Moita Cello Meetings, we are proud residents of the picturesque village of Moita. We have established an eco-accommodation in the "Albergo Diffuso" model. Our aim is to provide a lodging experience that fosters connections with local residents and celebrates Corsican culture in its many forms.

This approach to quality tourism addresses two key objectives:
1. It strengthens a collective network of service providers united by shared values (including pork processors, beekeepers, a goat farmer, market gardeners, a mountain guide, and a sculptor) and enhances the ecotourism market positioning.
2. It supports a sustainable development initiative where tourism plays a central role, potentially generating new resources.

OFFER DETAILS AND MARKETING POSITIONING:
Our goal is to offer an original, inviting, and comfortable experience that respects and preserves the cultural, rural, and historical heritage of "Pieve di a Serra" while emphasizing responsible and sustainable tourism principles.
