Located on the coast of Opal, between Calais and Dunkerque, the Chambers of the High Wall offer a unique and picturesque stay in a 17th century farmhouse that has been beautifully renovated to combine modernity with authenticity. Situated near the beach and major attractions, the High Wall cottages are nestled within a one-hectare area filled with trees, providing a peaceful and tranquil environment. Perfectly positioned for a restful getaway, guests can also take advantage of the stunning nearby sandy beaches, such as the wild and untouched Petit Fort Philippe and Grand Fort Philippe, the Nature Reserve of the reef and beach of Oye Ecardines, as well as the historic port of Gravelines and its impressive ramparts, all conveniently located within a 10-mile radius of your accommodation.Our four cottages are elegantly decorated, each offering a unique and refined experience. You will be captivated by the charm and authenticity of the farmhouse, while still enjoying the modern amenities provided in each room. Every room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a spacious bathroom featuring an Italian shower tray or a large bathtub, a flat-screen TV, and wireless internet access. Additionally, three of the bedrooms have separate toilets, and a mezzanine area is available in each cottage, offering a cozy sitting space with the possibility of an extra bed. Each room is named after its distinct characteristics, allowing you to choose between the "Romantic," "Charm," "Authentic," or "Ivy" ambiance.

Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits en juin 2015 en chambre authentique qui était joliement décoré. Les draps étaient une douceur hyper agréable. Le lit confortavle , belle salle de bain. Le cadre intérieur et extérieur très sympa, bien entretenu. La maitresse de maison est très très agréable, le petit dej, pain, viennoiserie, beurre confiture, fromage de chèvre frais provenant dune ferme se trouvant pas très loin a audruicq.
Juste parfait. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Vous ne serez pas déçu ni par le castré ni par les hôtes ni par votrenchambre nous avons eut la chance de voir les 3 autres chambres, et franchement elles ont toutes leur petit olus , belle déco, on voit qu'il y a eut de la recherche et du temps pour plaisir aux voyageurs. Bref on a adoré. ( les marseillais)
