Located in a peaceful and picturesque village on the Opal Coast, our establishment is an ideal retreat for holidaymakers, hikers, travelers, and nature enthusiasts seeking tranquility amidst the countryside. With five comfortable guest rooms, including a family suite, we are conveniently situated near popular destinations such as Wissant, the White Caps, Gray Nose, Boulogne-sur-Mer and its renowned Nausicaa aquarium, the fashion hub of Calais, the majestic Saint Omer Cathedral and its enchanting marshes, as well as the quaint village of Saint Joseph. We offer reduced rates for longer stays, allowing you to indulge in a longer escape. Please note that we do not accept pets.Description for Gite
Premises Description: Our charming gite offers a total of 4 bedrooms, including one specifically designed for individuals with reduced mobility. Additionally, we have a 3-star suite with its own separate entrance, along with a lovely garden and private parking area. Each room is equipped with its own private shower room and toilet facilities. Please note that animals are not permitted in the rooms. For families with infants, we can provide a cot upon request. Directions
To get to the Petit Tambour Lodge from Calais, follow these travel directions:
1. Take the A16 motorway towards Sortie 46, heading towards Saint Omer/Ardres.
2. Follow the signs for Ardres/Saint Omer on R.N. 43.
3. Pass through three villages: Les Attaques, Pont d'Ardres, and Bois en Ardres.
4. Continue until you reach the traffic lights in Ardres.
5. At the traffic lights, turn left onto l'allée des tilleuls.
6. Take a right and follow the signs for Licques on the D224.
7. When you reach the gendarmerie in Ardres, take the D225 towards Louches.
8. After one kilometer, you will arrive at Autingues.
9. The Petit Tambour Lodge is located just after the square on the same road, number 288. Look for a big white house with blue shutters.
